Volunteer! |
Would you care to join the CASL team?
More services mean more people getting the help they really need – but that all adds up to more work and we are now looking for volunteers to help with all the bureau’s services. We need more volunteers to join our team and help us get our advice out to as many people who need it as possible.
As well as people who want to train as advisers, we also need people who can offer Admin, telephone, clerical back-up and language skills relevant to local needs. Formal qualifications are not needed and many find that the CAB experience can help to provide a route into paid work. We need volunteers from all sections of our community, regardless of age, race, gender or educational background.
Volunteers need to be able to commit their time – usually one day a week – but full training and support is provided. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a well trained team all working together to really make a difference to people’s lives.
