All the services provided by Citizens Advice South Lakeland are free to our clients, which means that each year we have to raise large sums of money to keep them going.

We are particularly grateful to the following grant-making bodies who have supported us recently:

We also appreciate the support from the following organisations, without which we would not be able to provide such a wide range of services:
- South Lakeland District Council
- Cumbria County Council

- Ulverston Town Council
- Parish Councils
- Legal Services Commission
- Financial Inclusion Fund
- Macmillan Cancer Support
- Cumbria DAAT
CURRENT FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES
We are currently raising funds for:
- Recruitment, training and support for additional Volunteer Advisers so that the General Advice Service can respond to increasing demand resulting from the current economic situation
- Recruitment, training and support for additional Telephone Advisers to make it easier for older people, those with disabilities and people in rural areas to get the support they need
- Computers and other IT equipment for both offices as part of our on-going upgrading and improvement programme
