All the services provided by Citizens Advice South Lakeland are free to our clients, which means that each year we have to raise large sums of money to keep them going.

CURRENT FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES
We are currently raising funds for:
- Recruitment, training and support for additional Volunteer Advisers so that the General Advice Service can respond to increasing demand resulting from the current economic situation
- Recruitment, training and support for additional Telephone Advisers to make it easier for older people, those with disabilities and people in rural areas to get the support they need
- Public awareness work and campaigning activities with local policy makers
- Welfare benefits services for people who are not eligible for Legal Aid, following a successful pilot project
