| Friends of CASL |
As a charity we are often struggling to raise funds in order to keep our doors open to the public. We are fortunate to secure projects like those detailed on this website such as Macmillan and the Users Project, however this does not fund our day-to-day services that offer much needed advice to our community.
Friends of CASL is hoping to assist with this problem and will be looking for individual and corporate support to keep our services going.
You can help by becoming a FRIEND of CASL, we have two categories:-
Corporate Friends
- GOLD £1,000 Minimum donation
- SILVER £500 or £40 per month donation
- CORPORATE £100 or £10 per month

Donations
We really welcome all gifts towards the cost of our work – every little bit helps and small amounts really add up. If everyone living in South Lakeland gave us just £1, that would enable us to run our General Advice Service for a year and continue to help over 2,000 people to deal with 4,500 issues.
Making a donation
If you would like to help us by making a donation, please download a donation form. If you are a taxpayer, remember to complete the Gift Aid section so that every pound you give us becomes worth an additional 28p.
Remembering a loved one
You may wish to celebrate the life of a member of your family or a friend by choosing to make a donation in their memory or by asking people to support us instead of buying flowers for a funeral. Your Funeral Director will be able to arrange this for you.
Leaving a Legacy
By remembering us in your will, you can make a real difference to the lives of people in the local area and play a vital part in securing the future of our work. If the time is right, we would like you to consider leaving a gift to us through your will or by adding a codicil to your existing will. If you would like to discuss this, please contact our General Manager, who would be happy to assist you.
The Gift Aid scheme means that for every £1 you give us, we can claim an additional 28p from the Inland Revenue.
