The Bay Walk organized on September 24th by Citizens Advice South Lakeland to celebrate 50 years serving the local community has raised over £4000 to date. The winners of signed copies of Cedric Robinson's book "The Sandman" awarded to participants raising the most sponsorship money were Gwen Major of Kendal, Teresa Brady of Pennington and Elizabeth Hall of London.
The organizers wish to thank all individuals and organizations who contributed to the success of this event especially Cedric Robinson the Queen's Guide to the Sands.
Our advice and service is free of charge and available to everyone.
We couldn’t keep it that way without people like YOU who help us do vital fundraising. There are many fun and easy ways in which you can help to support CASL such as joining in our 50th Anniversary Bay Walk. And we've also now teamed up with Virginmoneygiving, making it easy and safe to donate online
